Benco Mobile is a brand owned by INONE Technology, a Chinese phone manufacturer founded in the year 2009. The focus of the company is to launch smartphones in the Belt and Road countries of Asia and Africa. So, their main focus is on many of the emerging markets in that area. INONE Technology first launched its feature phone in 2011 named INONE A16 in India. After that, in the year 2014, they introduced the Mobile Brand Lava in Bangladesh, Nepal, UAE and Thailand. Lava mobile brand used to be fairly popular among low-budget consumers in Bangladesh back in those days.

In the year 2019, the Benco Mobile brand was launched in a few countries including Bangladesh, Nepal, Thailand, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Madagascar and so on. As of early September 2023, the business activity of Benco Mobile in Bangladesh is still fairly limited. There are authorized sellers and shops around the country that sell phones from this brand along with online shops. However, professional and dedicated customer care, service centers, brand showrooms, etc. are yet to be established around the country. Like any other brand, if the sales grow and there is sufficient demand, the brand may move forward to become more active for the consumers.
